Refund and Cancellation Policy
SLOWKEPT provides one-time digital content and account-based features. This policy explains when purchase assistance, correction, credit, or a refund may be considered.

1. Immediate digital access
This policy applies to one-time digital purchases made directly through slowkept.com when paid sales are enabled. SLOWKEPT provides digital content and account-based functionality and does not ship physical products.
A purchase is considered delivered when the applicable paid guidance, printable content, account feature, Private Thread entitlement, or Code is made available through the customer’s SLOWKEPT account.
2. Purchases are generally final
Because digital access may be provided immediately, purchases are generally final and non-refundable after access has been provided, except for the limited circumstances described below or where a refund is required by applicable law.
A change of mind, a decision not to use or print the content, the absence of a recipient response, or dissatisfaction with an outcome SLOWKEPT did not promise does not ordinarily qualify for a refund.
3. Limited refund circumstances
A full or partial refund may be considered for a verified duplicate charge, paid access that was not provided and cannot be restored, an incorrect entitlement that cannot be corrected, a material SLOWKEPT technical failure that cannot reasonably be resolved, a material difference from the purchase-page description, or another circumstance where applicable law requires a refund.
A technical issue does not automatically create a right to a refund when access can be restored or the issue can reasonably be corrected.
4. Technical and access help
SLOWKEPT may first try to restore access, correct an entitlement, repair affected content, correct a payment-to-account synchronization issue, or provide reasonable troubleshooting.
Private Thread Codes do not have a user self-service replacement control. In limited security or support circumstances, an authorized administrator may freeze or rotate a Code. Administrators do not receive the replacement full Code; only the Thread owner can recover it.
5. Request help or a refund
Submitting a request does not automatically issue a refund. SLOWKEPT reviews the order, available delivery and access records, the issue described, prior refund or dispute status, and information reasonably necessary to investigate the problem.
Contact support@slowkept.com or use an available purchase-support option in your account. Do not send a password, complete payment-card number, card security code, complete Private Thread Code, or the full text, scan, or photograph of a personal letter.
6. Review records and privacy
Where available and reasonably necessary, SLOWKEPT may review order, payment, entitlement, access, print-view, Code-display, Private Thread, security, timestamp, and customer-support records to confirm delivery, investigate a request, prevent abuse, or respond to a payment dispute.
These records do not include the complete text of the customer’s handwritten letter and are handled under the SLOWKEPT Privacy Policy.
7. Approved refunds and access
Approved refunds are ordinarily returned to the original payment method. The customer’s financial institution determines when the refund appears.
Access is not automatically removed merely because a request is submitted or a refund operation is started. After a refund is confirmed, the entitlement associated with that purchase may be separately reviewed, restricted, or removed through a verified process. A related Private Thread may be deleted only through a separate reviewed action when appropriate. Unrelated valid purchases and entitlements remain unaffected.
8. Payment disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact SLOWKEPT before opening a payment dispute so that access or billing problems can be investigated.
When a formal payment dispute already exists for a transaction, an ordinary refund for the same payment may be paused to avoid duplicate reimbursement while the dispute is reviewed.
9. No subscription cancellation
SLOWKEPT currently uses one-time purchases and does not charge recurring subscription fees. There is no subscription to cancel.
Nothing in this policy limits a consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
