Use SLOWKEPT for private letter preparation
SLOWKEPT helps people prepare, complete, send, wait with, or save real letters. It gives structure and private timeline tools, but it does not write the full letter for the user.
Keep the full letter off the platform
Do not upload, paste, or send the full text of a letter, scans of a letter, or photos of a finished letter through SLOWKEPT or support. The product is designed to work without storing the letter itself.
Use Private Thread Codes carefully
A Private Thread Code is the shared entrance to one long-term private letter timeline. Keep it private and share it only with the intended recipient.
Recipient participation is optional
A recipient may leave a simple marker without an account. Soft Claim is optional and only helps the recipient save access to the private timeline later.
Not professional or emergency support
SLOWKEPT is a private letter product, not a crisis service, medical service, legal service, therapy provider, or substitute for professional help.
V1 checkout and paid kits
SLOWKEPT is preparing checkout for one-time guided printable kits. Paid kit delivery, refunds, and access support should be clear before live checkout is enabled.
Support boundary
Support may help with account access, codes, downloads, purchases, paid kit access, and privacy questions. Support should not need the full letter text to solve an issue.
Changes to the product
SLOWKEPT may change V1 features while the product is being validated. Core privacy boundaries should remain clear: the full letter text stays off the platform.
